Kiir Applauds Greater Pibor People for Upholding Peace with Neighbors

President Salva Kiir Mayardit has applauded the people of the Greater Pibor Administrative Area for upholding peace among themselves and their neighbors.

According to a statement extended to the media, the President made this remark during a meeting with Chief Administrator Gola Boyoi Gola at the presidential palace in Juba.

“President Salva Kiir Mayardit has hailed the people of the Greater Pibor Administrative Area for upholding peace among themselves and their neighbors,” the statement partly read.

Chief Boyoi briefed the President on the overall situation in Greater Pibor.
